  • You: A person or entity that is registered with Above All Cleaning & Restoration LLC to use the services.


Messaging Program Description:

  • Our campaigns might send SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Opt-In:

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.

Water Damage, Mold Removal, and Fire Damage Services

  • Water Damage Restoration: Our water damage restoration service involves the assessment, extraction, drying, and restoration of properties affected by water damage. We strive to restore your property efficiently and effectively. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damages caused by continued exposure to water.

  • Mold Removal: Our mold removal service includes inspection, testing, containment, removal, and remediation of mold in residential and commercial properties. We ensure thorough mold remediation; however, we do not guarantee that mold will not return if moisture issues are not addressed. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a moisture-free environment.

  • Fire Damage Restoration: Our fire damage restoration service includes assessment, debris removal, smoke damage cleanup, and structural repairs. While we take all necessary measures to restore properties, we are not liable for damages beyond our control or loss of property value resulting from fire damage


Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program and services are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. You agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages resulting from natural disasters, structural vulnerabilities, or conditions beyond our control.

Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any modifications.
